Mayra Rabadan asked Kasie West:

My teacher told me a little about the book, and it reminds me of a movie. I have more questions for you. Why do you always make your main character a girl? You should make a book that shows love from the boy’s view. Why do you mostly write love books? I am looking forward to reading Pivot Point and Split Second. I wish I could, but our library doesn’t have those books.?

Kasie West I always make my main character a girl because I think girls are awesome! Plus, I'm a girl so it's a lot easier to be authentic for me. But, I'd like to try a dual point of view book where I do some chapters in a boy's point of view, so we'll see. I mostly write romance because that's what I love to read and that's what is easiest for me to write because I love it so much. I hope your library gets Pivot Point and Split Second because I think you'd enjoy those books as well.
