(view spoiler)[I just finished the Riyria Revelations after a mad bout of speed reading and I absolutely loved it. It would really mean a lot to have a couple answers by the author. 1. Whatever happened to the necklace and copy that Marius had made and why was that thread left unresolved or did I miss it in my hurry to get to the end of the book? 2. Did you purposely not reveal what Melinda's mother did with Royce and his medallion? (hide spoiler)]

Hey Rhona,
I'm so glad you enjoyed the books. Thanks for reading.
1. So the "fake" necklace that Marius was having made was in case the regents found out about and asked for it. Turns out they never did, so he went to that effort for nothing.
2. As for happened to Royce's medallion. All we know for sure is Miranda took it and her son eventually got it. Now whether she GAVE it to her son, or he stole it from her is not something I've said explicitly. Based on the guy of guy he was, I'm betting on the second.

thanks for the Boys, more is always better, as long as Robin & Co agree
looking forward to Age of Myth
Did Royce show his softer side in Dulgath in order to illustrate how he was able to grow & allow himself to love and be loved by Gwen?
