Probably. Which Chuck? There were two there. Heck no, the whole thing makes him look like a fool and he's not going to say "yes this black man made a fool of me".
He says in the book twice that the picture exists but he can't find it. The second time he even says it's probably in one of his moving boxes that he hasn't unpacked because it's just memorabilia
