this is an old question, but i thought i'd provide an updated answer: it was announced an hour before the time i'm writing this that it will be published in english in five volumes! as of writing, you can find preorder information here: sevenseasdanmei.com

Sadly, there's no official English translation that you could purchase. There's only a fan translation by Exiled Rebels Scanlations and you can find it on their website.

While Exiled Rebels Scanlations' is the only complete fan translation so far, there are several partial translations that I personally think have a more flowing and coherent prose, even if it requires a bit of work to hunt them all down and piece them together into a narrative whole. This site is working on a fan translation in idiomatic English, that will hopefully be complete eventually.
