As someone who have read the Six of Crows duology, do we need to have read the Shadow and Bone trilogy in order to read this book?

Ginny It helps, but isn't necessary. You might learn some spoilers for the trilogy, but you probably already know them if you read the duology.

Cynthia It will make a lot more sense if you read the shadow and bone series’s because a lot of characters are from that series
