Phyllis Gobbell Don't write with the thought of publication, though you can hope that getting published will happen, down the road. Write because you have to write, you love it, it does something for you, and focus always on how you can get better. Go to workshops that will help you. Think about the craft of writing. You must be prepared if good luck strikes. If you get a chance to submit to an agent or an editor, you must have something that is your very very best!
