The original Left Behind movies don't really compare to this production. They were modest video efforts that had their place, but this is the real deal. It's bigger, better, more ambitious. If you like that, you'll love this. And if this didn't stay true to the book, I wouldn't be endorsing it.

Have you ever been in the studio when the LB dramatic audio stories were recorded? I just listened to the end scene from Nicolae, where Ray tells Carpathia to .."SHUT-UP! Carpathia, you have JUST seen the WRATH of the LAMB! " STELLAR! VOICE sells it. Wonder if Roger Mueller was a bit spooked. I know I was.
