Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Jen Lawrence My co-author used to use the expression 'engage the fox' to describe how good companies find those agile individuals who can think outside the box and put them to work. I had been looking for a way to bring our Critical Thinking training classes to life in book form and thought that anthropomorphic animals might make it interesting. Thus Engage the Fox, with its fictional structure, was born.
