Greetings! You may have answered this in the book but nothing regarding it comes to mind right off the bat and I was recently reading Fire & Blood which made me think of it. What happens to the riderless dragons? After their Battle Mage is slain or dies. Do they return to where they were summoned from? Thanks!
Peter A. Flannery
Hi Matt
A good question and one that was not addressed in Battle Mage. In answer, the dragons would continue to fight the Possessed in whatever way they can, either by supporting an army or as lone agents scouring the Forsaken lands.
But it would be a lonely existence, for sure...
Cheers for now

Peter please! write a second one this is by far and away the best fantasy novel I have ready in 25 years since i grew up with the David Eddings series and its been a long time since I didn't have to read a book that the words just took on a life of their own and brought the images to my mind I so want to see this adventure continue as I fell in love with the characters! I have heard many asking for it, will you?

Hi Peter, I was wondering if you're still selling signed paperback copies of Battle Mage? When I asked my boyfriend what his favourite book of all time was, he said he's upset that he'll probably never be able to find a better book than Battle Mage. So I thought a signed copy would be a fantastic birthday present. And getting it a bit early would give me some time to read it for myself! Thank you kindly, Rebecca
