Hey Nick - First of all, love your books. Congratulations on much-deserved success! My question actually has to do with ANOTHER author's books, though - one I've read is your absolute favorite: Guy Gavriel Kay. What's your favorite of his work? I've only read Tigana and was thinking out jumping in for more GGK this year. Thanks!
Nicholas Eames
Hi! Thanks!
I think Tigana and Under Heaven are both great places to jump in again. Both are standalones, Tigana is a bit more fantasy while Under Heaven takes place in a setting like ancient China. My favourite book of his is the second book in his tw0-part Sarantine Mosiac. The first book is a bit slow but still wonderful, and the second is just pure perfection from start to finish!
Please do let me know what you decide and how it goes!
A Song For Arbonne is a good one, too!
Signing off before I start rambling more, haha!

Hi, Nick (if I may call you that). Just finished Bloody Rose and I was thoroughly impressed. Such a great read. Chapter 43 (without giving anything away) was some of your best writing to date, and one of my favorite chapters of anything I've ever read. Now, every author's least favorite question -- What's next? The Band Book 3? Something else? Whatever it is, I'm looking forward to it!

Oh, imagined them older, that is why I chose those actors. Like a lot your casting choices!. Ok, ok, final proposal I swear on it!... given how Nikolaj might be too recent in the minds of many as Jamie in a similar setting, I have this: Jude Law as Golden Gabe and Karl Urban as Clay Cooper, who else can be a kind/protector than the leader of the Rohirrim?. Thank you for taking the time to reply, I am truly honored.
