Glynnis Campbell My background is mostly Welsh, German, and Native American. It's my husband whose kin come from Scotland. I've always been drawn to castles and knights in shining armor, probably because I read "King Arthur" as a child.

I have been to historical homes that have been turned into museums in which they have made foods from the past. Are there any foods featured in your books that aren't normally served today that you have actually tasted? Did you like or not like those foods?
