Christina These books stand-alone. Personally, since I found NoaNP so anxiety-inducing and depressing, I would read it 1st and immediately follow it with RTSA.

Amy No, this book is a stand alone although Reasons to Stay Alice covers similar topics so if you like this I would recommend Reasons.
T.ScottReviews They are related by similar subject matter and while he does cover some of the things mentioned in Reasons to Stay Alive I think it would be possible to read them in any order you choose
