I made a couple of resolutions. One is I need to stop interrupting people. Sometimes my anticipatory enthusiasm makes me chime in before people have finished speaking, and I need to have more patience. The other is being more active, doing something physical every day. I've learned to make just a few simple resolutions instead of a long list, because it's easier to succeed.
