To you, what foods would make a perfect dinner and how are they prepared?

Glynnis Campbell What a difficult question! I like so many different kinds of cuisine, it would be hard to choose a favorite. I think what I love best is small portions of a variety of foods, the fresher, the better. I especially enjoy the ballet of a chef preparing my meal, so watching the cook is fun for me. And as long as it's prepared with passion, I'm in!
