Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Pamela Metivier We noticed that young girls too often assume that they need to be exceptional in order to success in STEM fields. Our goal is to shift cultural beliefs and expectations so that all kids see themselves as future leaders in STEM/STEAM fields. In our latest book, one of our characters uses her engineering skills to uncover a secret that's been hidden beneath the sand for seventy years!
