The idea for The Blood Guard came from a reference I read in some other book long ago to the tzadikim in the kabbalah, a very old religious text. According to it, there are thirty-six pure souls upon whom the world's future depends.
Nifty, I thought. What would happen if someone went after these pure souls? How would you protect them? More importantly, who would protect them?

I've read both The Blood Guard and its sequel and I really enjoyed them! The way they're written is so addicting and interesting as well and the plot you conceived for this series is quite good. What should we expect from book 3 in this series (without giving much spoilers)? Will it be as long as the first/second installment or longer in terms of pages? What can you tell of your forthcoming novel? :)
