Chief Goggins "feels good" mentally, emotionally and spiritually when he pushes himself beyond the limits of his own mind. You don't have to become a Seal. Your goal might be to walk around the block, learn Spanish, or read 52 books in a year. His challenges work for anyone and everyone. Read his book. Try it. It works.(less)
