Neal Bailey
Neal Bailey asked Neal Bailey:

What's the deal with the Bluewater books?

Neal Bailey I was asked to do the Bluewater comics by Darren Davis in 2008. I wrote scripts, handed them in, and then books were published with absolutely zero collaboration between myself and the artists. I was given no chance to proof the books, or even see drafts in progress, and as a kicker, once I finished the books and they sold like hotcakes, the publisher bilked me out of thousands and thousands of dollars.

Consequently, I disavow my role in their creation, and strongly protest that they are still being printed, distributed, and sold with my name on them despite the fact that I have not been paid and they are not products I approved.

I've contacted Amazon and every major comic distribution company, and none of them give a shit that my contract hasn't been honored, and that this company has stolen from me, and that the works were put out under protest.

Please do not purchase them or support that company, which has rebranded multiple times, first to Stormfront (no, seriously), and then, when they realized it had Nazi connotations, to Tidalwave.

Evil, evil fuckers.
