I'm so sorry that I'm just now getting this... It's too late! But I don't want to ignore your question... so... I'm not sure why the candle lighting services aren't in the Kindle edition.
When I asked the publisher, they responded, "We think the Kindle version mixed up a few pages. Please check page 68, with the headline, First Week of Advent: Here I Am, with a reading from Luke. Hope that helps!"
