As the novel reached the conclusion, and her husband was alive, I was expecting him to go to 2001 for their daughter in the hospital/foster care and bring her home to the 70's? Or since the 5th trip problem was fixed (made evident by Myra showing up) why didn't Carly go forward a 5th time (to 2001) and get her baby before she was adopted? Plot holes or did I miss something? Thnx!
