Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

David Hatton The easiest answer would be 9/11, however this wasn't the case. The story of someone faking their death for insurance fraud was from a British man known as Canoe Man, who faked his death and his family found out through a photograph on a Spanish property website years later that he was still alive. I remember however everyone outside of this man's family found the story funny. To really feel the anger of a nation, 9/11 was the only plausible historic event where people genuinely disappeared and there were false claims submitted to insurance firms.
