The first question is probably best left to readers to discuss. There's no right or wrong answer and I don't know what it would be, since I haven't written it, but I think we all can guess. Kai, Will, and Michael all liked Rika, and it can be a matter of discussion whether or not Damon would've come around. Maybe you'll have a better idea after Kill Switch.
