Lily asked Kasie West:

What advice do you have for future authors regarding the writing process?

Kasie West I try not to give too much advice about writing because everyone does it so differently. What works for me might not work for you and vice versa. But I will say that I think it's important to read read read and write write write. In other words, read as much as you can. It helps teach you what you like in a story and what you don't. It helps you learn good pacing and good story structure and just the elements of story telling. And like anything else in life, the more you practice the better you get. So writing as much as possible will only help you learn your process. Good luck!
