I just made an announcement about Commander Karter in my private FB reader group - Grace Goodwin's Sci-Fi Squad, but I'll answer you here.
Commander Karter and his second will get their mate in March of 2019.
And no, I'm not telling who the lucky lady will be - but Warden Egara has some very important, special tasks to complete before she gets her happily-ever-after, so you'll just have to wait and see on that one. <3
