Kasie West You can send an email to the publisher. I publish with Point (Scholastic) and HarperTeen. I really don't know the specific email address for requesting an ARC but I'm guessing a google search would probably provide you with that? And then just email and request. I'm not sure what the qualifications or parameters they use to approve requesters, but it's worth a try!
