You seem to have met your stride in writing about Flora Dane in your books. Are you planning to write books about any other past protaganists besides your recurring characters?

Lisa Gardner I never have a plan, hence characters appear and reappear. Flora Dane will continue in February 2019 in NEVER TELL, mostly because I felt she had more story to tell. In NEVER TELL, she's forced to confront her past as she recognizes the dead husband in a domestic shooting as an associate of her kidnapper Jacob Ness. This also allowed me to bring back Kimberly Quincy, who led the raid to rescue Flora from Jacob. I'll be the first to say, none of it was expected, but it was so much fun to have D.D., Flora and Kimberly all in one novel. Like a reunion of my favorite people! In 2020, I think we'll see even more of Kimberly, and now I'm starting to worry about Roxy from LOOK FOR ME so I may need to incorporate her in a book, too. See, no plan. But plenty of good times ahead!
