Can "rhapsodic" be read as a standalone or does it end on a cliffhanger?

Laura Thalassa Oh! Hard question because my definition of a cliffhanger differs from some other readers' definitions. I think it can be read as a standalone? I don't know; you might be better off reading the book's reviews. They'd tell you one way or the other.
