Hi, I just finally finished your book, The distance between us, just recently and I was wondering if when you wrote it and publish was the ending of the book meant to feel open-but-not-close type of thing? And is it true what other readers are saying about the book,On the fence, that some characters from The distance between us show up in the book,On the fence? Love your books!!!! Kasie West Thanks for reading my book! I'm glad you liked it. And yes, I don't like to tie up every single loose end in a book. I like to leave some things open for your mind to fill in. I definitely tie up the major themes but some of the minor ones I leave undone because that's how life is, a little messy sometimes and not perfectly wrapped up. And yes, there is a small cameo in ON THE FENCE from some of the characters in The Distance Between Us.
