How do you get inspired to write?

M.E. Clayton I've always wanted to try my hand at writing, but the ability to self-publish really helped propel me to following through with the idea. I'm not as brave as all the authors out there who really put everything on the line to make their dreams come true before self-publishing was a possible avenue.
