I just start writing. It could be anything, but normally just a sentence or two (which I probably won't keep later), is enough to get me going.
There are times when I'm truly stuck, but it's more about solving a plot issue than because I have writer's block. In these situations, I just bug everybody I know about the problem I'm trying to solve until we come up with a brilliant idea.
