Anna Lee Huber Hi Misty! Thanks for your question! But at this point, this isn't something I can answer in detail without revealing spoilers for future books in the series. I will say it definitely helps that he's now considered a war hero, and with Verity's aid caught a group of traitors. He has his own skills to bring should he assist her in the future.

I am recover from knee surgery and just finished the latest Lady Darby book. I am now re-reading the series. I’m now obsessed with this series and will probably re-read again and again. Thank you for such a great story line and historic tidbits. Waiting on next book?
