You absolutely have to write separate books neither short stories nor novellas on Kat and Tommy, Gardener and Lizzy and obviously on Lord and Lady Uppington. I can't imagine the shock at Gardener's big reveal and how it affects everyone especially the Selwick family and also everyone's reaction at his and Lizzy's relationship. Will you please write? PS I would love to read a little bit about Jack and Jane's kids.

Inaya, thank you so much!! I'm so happy you've enjoyed the Pink books. I do want to write Kat and Tommy's and Lizzy and Nicolas's stories one day-- definitely books, not novellas. And I have an idea for a whole mystery series about Lord and Lady U in their youth at the court of King George III. The problem is finding the time to write it all, sadly. Maybe once I've written a few more stand alone novels, I can get back to Pink....

I'm a devoted fan of the Pink Carnation series. (Even if you didn't clearly share my passions for Shakespeare, Blackadder, and Wodehouse, I'd still adore every volume.) I'm an aspiring novelist, and I definitely desire this woman's art, and her scope. How you go about constructing your plots? What are your outlines like? Do you start with the end? How do you make your middles so taut and exciting?

Hi, my name is Cintia and I'm from Argentina. Being a writer is what I want the most in this world, nothing makes me happier than writing, but I'm more and more frustrated with each passing day, because I've been blocked for 3 years. And it is not that I have an unfinished story. I have NOTHING AT ALL. A blank page in front of me, that only makes me sadder... Is there a way to overcome this? How do you handle it?
