D.D. Warren is one of my favorite female leads. I recommend the series to anyone and everyone looking for a series. Perhaps the reason I like her so much is because, like you, she says and does all the things I know I can't. Teaching English in high school is also pretty boring. And I have to filter my mouth. :) Do you have an established number of books for the series?

Lisa Gardner I've never had a plan for D.D. Warren. She was never intended to be a series character, but readers responded so strongly to her in ALONE, if felt right to bring her back. Then she fell in love (LIVE TO TELL), found herself unexpectedly pregnant (LOVE YOU MORE), and now heaven help her, is working with an actual vigilante (FIND HER, LOOK FOR ME, NEVER TELL). Her life remains an interesting place. As long as that's the case, there's more D.D. Warren to come. I just need her to have challenges ahead, and a baffling case to solve. Thanks!
