Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Nyla K. Midnight City, first and only published book (so far) essentially began as fanfiction for The Walking Dead. The male protagonist, Andrew James, is loosely based on the actor Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes on TWD. The story is about the lives of famous actors from a similar show I called Hell Storm, and what happens when they intertwine with New Yorker, Tessa Woodrow. I've always been sort of fascinated with what goes on behind the scenes for actors. The entire Midnight City Series will explore the world of the Hell Storm cast, most revolving around Andrew and Tessa, and the dramatic, intense, and sexy goings on that all stem from that one night in Midnight City.
