I'm not here to ask a question, but rather commend the book. The author recognized the Philippine heritage in the character of Alex. The look of the character is akin to a typical Filipina from a mixed raced heritage, dark hair, dark eyes, 'mestiza'. And also the stories of the 'aswang', spot on! ?
