How do you deal with writer’s block?

Elli P. Hunt That is a hard question to answer. It sort of depends on what is the cause of the block. A good story has a flow to it and when I try wrangle it in a different direction, then the flow just stops. Sometimes a story will ask more of me than I am willing to give, then I have to ask myself, "is the story worth it?". I have several stories I've set aside because it just didn't feel right or maybe I lost interest in it. Often when I give the story time, the block will wash out.
