Especially when writing an autobiography, the best thing about the process is the self-analysis that is necessary to create the content. The other thing I realized is that when writing, it really doesn’t matter if I’m a good writer or not, what matters is that I’m actually taking the time and energy to put my thoughts into writing. This practice offers great introspection and insight.
