Just get it written out. The thing that keeps so many people (myself included for a long time) is revising in our heads or second guessing or thinking it has to be perfect when it first comes out. Just put something down. Accept it will be a mess, and then fix it. When you spend your time trying to get it just right before you've even written anything then you'll never get around to actually writing it.
