I love this book. “Classical Mechanics” by J.R. Taylor has a very similar spirit: easily read and understood. Does anyone know a book on Quantum Mechanics with a similar spirit? How about Thermodynamics?
Ruff Khanna Griffiths has a Quantum Mechanics book, but it isn't as thorough as his Electrodynamics one. I would recommend Shankar.
