Hi Melina how long have you been writing and would you consider it to be your passion?

Melina Druga Thanks for your question, Debbie. I began writing nonfiction when I was in first or second grade and fiction a couple of years later. It is a passion, but not my only passion. I am equally passionate (sometimes more so) about history. That's why in recent years I have tried to merge the two. I blog mostly about history on my website with the goal of educating those who know little or nothing about the topic. Recently, I released A Tale of Two Nations: Canada, U.S. and WW1, which explores how the war was reported in newspapers, and I plan on writing a book on crime in the 1910s. I also have an historical fiction novel in progress.
