What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Kaitlin Bellamy Read something from every genre. It may not be what you want to write, but the storytelling elements to be found across the literary spectrum are often universal, and seeing them told in a new way may just spark something in your own creativity.

Also, TAKE ACTING CLASSES. Nothing has helped me get into my own characters' heads more than being an actor. Be it improv or community theatre, try and find a physical outlet for your storytelling.
