From what I read it wasn't implied that anything was given to Bodrugan, so much as she just was able to talk him into introducing her to the Judge. Call it her charismatic way of interacting that helped get him to introduce her. Besides that, I don't think it would take much to get Bodrugan to do anything for her, he is a pervert who really wants to get on her good side so he can take advantage of her.
