Do you suppose the Duggars will see themselves in this book? I saw the Reverend Mike Huckabee interview the Duggars when he had his own t.v. show and he was praising them to high heaven because they were having one baby after the other as though this was the Christian way. What some people will do for money is unbelievable. Jesus must be appalled!

The Duggars ar…moreI definitely got Duggar vibes from this book. It was an easy connection to make and I feel as though they were probably an inspiration. The Duggars are a religious family with their own tv show, much like the Hicks family. Both families have plenty of children, though the Duggars definitely outnumber the Hicks. I also think there were similarities between Josh and Caleb and how the families each dealt with the issues. (less)
