Hi, I've been wanting to read your book The Hand You're Dealt, but I can't seem to find a copy anywhere, and for some reason Amazon says it costs nearly $4,000. Is it out of print or something?

As for why it is 4,000 on Amazon right now, people try to sell their copies on the internet for insane prices once a book goes out of print even if it is for a few weeks. I don't understand it.
