Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Michaela Daphne I was in high school on an excursion to an art gallery and none of my friends were with me that day so I let my mind wander. While walking around the gallery, an image flashed before my eyes of a boy poking his head around a corner and taking a photo of an unsuspecting girl. My imagination went wild and took it from there and the characters eventually became Evelyn and William from Purlieu, the first book in the Hidden Grove series.
