If I wanted to visit Caroline Ferraday's home in Connecticut when would you suggest is the best time of year to do this? What is the exact address? Are there tours? Thanks.

Hi Marilyn, You're in for a treat if you're planning a trip to The Bellamy-Ferriday House and Gardens. It is located in Bethlehem, Ct., about two and a half hours north of New York City. The house is open May-October (with a Christmas event in December) and guides give lovely tours of the house and gardens. LOVED "Lilac Girls" with your Polish character "Kasia". So I have to ask you -- are you Polish OR did you have a Translator help you with that ? I wanted to skip the other chapters just to read about "Kasia" (as I am Polish). PLEASE write a book with "Kasia" as your main character in it. SO WELL DONE. EtheL234@aol.com
