Keep at it. There is the old saying that everyone has a book in them, well it's true. Just don't expect your first piece to be good enough to be the last. The fun of writing is being able to amend what you've already written. Write a word, any old word, and let your imagination flow, for any word can send you off on a tangent and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
