I just finished reading this last night, and found it left me with many unanswered questions. In no particular order...so Daisy/Maggie was a qualified doctor, so how come she's now a qualified lawyer and writer? How was the initial connection between Maggie rescuing the dog and meeting the mother and therefore Hamish set up? Pure coincidence? Did Hamish recognise Maggie as being Daisy at any stage?
