Does the whole Vengeance Trilogy needs to be read before diving into We Ride The Storm? thank you :)

Devin Madson Nope! Though the stories do follow on from one another I deliberately wrote it so that you can enter the story at either The Blood of Whisperers or We Ride the Storm. Depending on the way you do so you get a different experience but I wouldn't say one is necessarily better or worse, just different! I generally say to people, read the one that calls to you :)

I adore "We Ride the Storm", and am grateful to find that there is an entire prequel series to read, telling exactly the story I was yearning to! My first question for you: is "Chiltae" pronounced like "Chill-tay", or like "Kill-tay"? My second question for you: I came across the Orbit news post announcing the series being acquired by them. What effects does this have? Does it mean you'll get paid more :D?
