I have three happy places--Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda, Villefranche in France, and Bar Harbor, Maine. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world, and the perfect setting for my fictional mansion on the water. Spending several months living there in my head was an added perk.

I belong to a library book club and the librarian that runs the book club asked for suggestions for possible book club selections and I suggested your book, The Bar Harbor Retirement Home for Writers. Apparently I am the one in that book club that has read your book. Would you be willing to do a phone conference? I am in the West Coast.

You may borrow my name, please send me a copy of your book, if you do. I will check out the movie, is the movie available on DVD ? My parents almost bought a home in Longhome, New Jersey, my mother said no, because my parental grandmother could drive to Longhome, from her home in Pennsylvania.
